Hotel Svanen, Stays & BW Signature Collection - Billund

The breakfast was good, the check in was smooth. Nice service, although a few employees were a little rude. The location was incredible, just a short walk away from Legoland Billund Resort Amusement Park...

The bed was a bit small here.

Breakfast was very tasty, especially bread and cheese, huge selection of muesli ingredients. Double bed was great. Everything else is fine, coffee was delicious!

Sofa was too hard for kids

Appreciated our 2 nights here. Had the standard king room which was stylish for the value. The service was nice with parking on-site. They also provided a shuttle from the airport. The location was stunning, at a medium distance from Lalandia Billund.

The bed was a bit small, that's sad thing.

Food and breakfast were very tasty and had a very wide choice. Rooms were clean and well kept.

Request a room at the back of the hotel for a quieter stay, away from road noise and foot traffic.

Lobby Looked nice. Breakfast was good. Location very good.

It's more of a motel than a hotel. The room wasn't in a great state of repair in a number of ways, such as the curtains not reaching the bottom of the window, and the staff were polite but not particularly friendly. The food was overly pretentious (Including the separate his and hers menu) and expensive. The "his" menu was mainly different ways of doing beef...

Top location, delicious breakfast and a very nice stay. Unfortunately too short ;-)

The location to Legoland was great which was the purpose of our visit. We were dissappointed with the dinner options Expensive and not a lot of other options. A buffet with a main course, way too much food but not allowed to have one or the other. 5 course dinner? Again too much food and expensive. A menu with lighter options would be grand. Flies on the food a breakfast is bit of a put off as well. HOwever the food offered was always good, just offered in such huge portions, a bit over whelming.

Sorry, see above comments about food. I would recommend your hotel for location and cleanliness but with warnings about the dinner options. The staff was very friendly and helpful over all.

Very close to Legoland and Lalandia. Within walking distance. Staff was great when we needed to stay another night.

The only bad thing is the price, but Denmark is expensive anyways.

The staff were courteous and polite and the location was favourable in the restaurant during the day. We greatly enjoyed rooms for kids with eczema.

The staff was very accommodating and even provided extra milk when I needed it. The heated floors in our room were a wonderful touch that kept the space cozy for the kids.

The breakfast variety could be expanded for a more satisfying start to the day.

Internet connection (Wifi) not at all usable as it breaks down every few seconds. Was promised to fix first day with in my 4 days stay nothing changed. Not recommendable for business people like me depending on Wifi (no cable available!). Otherwise good hotel.
